ABOUT

Pastor Joshua Martin has been serving as the full-time WELS Civilian Chaplain in Europe since October 2007. Based in Spiesheim, Germany, he serves people in a number of German cities, but also travels to Italy, England, and Switzerland. Both civilians and military personnel living in Europe are referred to Pastor Martin for spiritual support.
