Western Wisconsin District news
The church and parsonage of Zion, Columbus, Wis., were recently added to the Wisconsin Register of Historic Places. Built in 1878, the buildings were the work of architect Edward Townsend Mix, one of the most important architects practicing in Wisconsin at that time. The church features a 125-foot-tall steeple.
Happy anniversary! Timothy Biebert, pastor at St. John, Neillsville, Wis., celebrated 25 years in the preaching ministry on June 14.
